James Franco

127 Hours star and Academy Award nominee James Franco admires high school teacher Esther Wojcicki for treating her journalism students like true professionals. “She showed me that I could take my dreams as seriously as I wanted.”

Esther loves to inspire her students: “Some students are afraid they cannot succeed, but if the teacher believes in them, they will believe in themselves.”

Behind Every Famous Person is a Fabulous Teacher.

TeachersTalk

In spite of teachers’ great contributions, their voices often go unheard. TeachersCount, in partnership with NPR Connecticut affiliate Robin Hood Radio, is providing an outlet for teachers to speak.

TeachersTalk will air every Saturday at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and Sunday at 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Robin Hood Radio

TeachersCount would like to give special thanks to:
Creative Director: Patricia Lee Stotter
